Over the years Tom has been a vital part with the
Safety cover, not only helping swimmers out of the Mersey but Tom has also canoed alongside the swimmers
ensuring their safety.
Back in 1994 Tom helped out with the canoe cover when the City of Liverpool swimmers were competing in the armed forces annual swim
(the length of Lake Bala)
