The Tankers on the Mersey might of stopped Griff Rees Jones
from swimming the Mersey ,but the tankers didn't intimidate
our 42 hardy swimmers from swimming across.

Swimmer on left is Joe Kerrigan 70 years young, Joe has swam
the River Mersey many times. Joe deserves to go in to the
Guinness Book of records for this achievement at 70 years young.
